If you have difficulties getting the most out of your filtering tools, this course is for you.
In this course you will learn everything about the variables that influence when preparing your filter, through a small sensory introduction you will learn to recognize the differences between the processes, but above all to understand why the filter that you prepare at home does not taste the same as in your favorite coffee shop 🙂

If you have a machine at home that you don’t get enough potential from or you intend to buy one and don’t know where to start, this course is for you.

In the course you will learn the basic variables to carry out an extraction, what recipe to prepare when you buy a coffee, the ideal type of roast for a home machine, milk emulsion, cleaning and care.

Everyday doubts that arise while you prepare your coffee, tips to solve them in the best possible way.

If you are passionate about the world of coffee and want to test your sensory skills, this course is for you.
We will solve basic doubts about the differences in aroma and flavor present in coffee. Where do they come from? Why does one coffee taste different from another? What are scores in a coffee? What is a tasting for? We will solve all these and more doubts in this workshop.
