Coffee too fast

-

Has it ever happened to you that you are preparing your coffee and it starts to fall very fast, like a waterfall and in an uncontrolled way? In this video we explain how to fix it.

  1. Check the roasting date: it should not exceed one and a half months.
  2. Check the amount of coffee you are adding in the filter holder, is it too little?
  3. Be careful when placing the filter holder in the machine so as not to destabilize the coffee pod.
  4. Finally, if the above does not work, adjust the grind point to a finer setting. This will put up a resistance to the water as it passes through the coffee. Remember to dump the load of coffee between modifications to make sure there are no remnants of the previous one.

If you want to learn more in detail about the grinding point of an espresso coffee, extraction times and the appropriate amount of coffee in the basket, sign up for our Espresso Workshop where you will learn and practice all these parameters in a group and in person.
