You will learn about how to make a good choice of coffees, their different flavors and processes, up to the perfect calibration of the espresso machine, applying the techniques of a professional barista.

Coffee extraction is the heart of an espresso. We delve into every variable, from the machine, type of grinder and its Grinding, type of water and its temperature, so that you acquire the ability to extract those perfect flavor notes that will delight all your mornings.
