The written exam assesses knowledge of the professional course, while a practical exam evaluates the student’s ability to identify certain sensory defects, perform sampling procedures to ensure consistency, create standards for a client, analyze samples, and make purchasing decisions. It is important to note that all the skills assessed are part of the practical exercises conducted during the course.
To take the theoretical exam + Certificate, you must have previously completed the INTERMEDIATE AND PROFESSIONAL SENSORY course and passed the practical exams. The theoretical exam will be activated immediately after payment of the certificate fee. We will send you a link to your email so you can take the exam, and you will have up to 2 weeks to complete it.
