The Latteart Grading System circuit, are international certificates awarded by the leading latteart training academy in the world that is Latteart Grading System (LAGS). For these certifications, a masterclass is personalized to the student's skills and the level he/she is looking to reach. It is a 100% practical course, which seeks to drastically improve the technique and latteart skills of the students.
It is necessary and mandatory to complete each level in order to move on to the next one, starting with the white jar and concluding with the black jar.
The circuit is divided into 6 levels by color and certificates:
White Pitcher (1 certificate) and Orange Pitcher (2 certificates) for the basics
Green Jar (3 certificates) and Red Jar (4 certificates) for intermediates
Black Jar (5 certificates) and Gold Jar (6 certificates) for advanced students.
It is necessary and mandatory to complete each level to move on to the next one. Once you have chosen a level, you must also add the corresponding certificate to your purchase. In addition, through the green, red and black certification it is possible, by means of a calibration exam, to become a LAGS Examiner in order to be able to examine new baristas.
WHAT DOES IT INCLUDE?
- - Each level has a duration of 4 hours, except for the red and black levels, for which 6 hours are required.
- - Professional milk emulsification technique
- - Cow's milk selected according to the LAGS parameters
- - You will learn the designs according to the level you have chosen.
- - LAGS certificate with your name and level
- - You will be listed in the register of certified persons on the LAGS website.
- - 1 single pitcher of the color of the level(s) obtained
PRACTICAL DETAILS
The Para Baristas: Latte Art Grading System has a cost according to each level and takes place in our roastery located at Carrer Marroc 160, 08019 Barcelona. The schedule is from 9:30 am to the number of hours of each level and the course is taught in Spanish or English.
