Transparency
We want to show our respect for coffee producers by being transparent about how we purchase our lots. Starting in 2020, we decided to publish a transparency report on all the coffees we buy each year, and as of 2021, we’ve made 100% of our menu transparent.
In this report, in addition to the FOB price, you’ll find details about our relationship with the producer, a comparison of prices paid over time, information about our expenses, the people who make up the NOMAD team NOMAD the goals we’ve achieved.

Being transparent isn’t just about sharing what we pay for our lots. As a B Corp, we want you to also understand how we work, what guides us as a company, and how we address our social and environmental impact. That’s why we’re making the following documents available to you:
NOMAD Purpose
Here you’ll find NOMAD raison d’être: what drives us, what values guide our decisions, and where we want to go as a project.
Complaints Procedure
We believe that listening is part of doing things right. In this document, we explain how you can submit any complaints or concerns to us—whether you’re a customer, supplier, partner, or part of our team—and how we’re committed to addressing them.
Climate Action Plan
The climate crisis directly affects coffee and the people who grow it. In our Climate Action Plan, we detail the measures we’re taking to measure and reduce our environmental footprint.
Annual Contribution to World Coffee Research
Each year, we make a contribution to World Coffee Research, a nonprofit organization that promotes agricultural research to secure the future of coffee in the face of climate change. In this document, we share the details of our annual contribution.
