Shipping Policy of Nomad Coffee:
1. Free shipping on coffee orders over 30 €:
- Eligible locations:
- Iberian Peninsula (Spain and Portugal).
- Balearic Islands.
- Specific conditions:
- The Canary Islands are not included in this promotion.
- Valid for orders that include coffee products. The value of the order must be equal to or greater than 30€ in coffee.
2. Free shipping on coffee orders over 80 € in Europe:
- Eligible countries:
- Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal (Azores), Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden.
- Specific Conditions:
- Valid for orders that include coffee products. The value of the order must be equal to or greater than 80€ in coffee.
3. Exceptions for gift cards Nomad Coffee:
- Gift cards Nomad Coffee are not eligible for free shipping.
4. Logistics operators and delivery times:
- National (Peninsula, Balearic Islands):
- Operator: GLS.
- Estimated delivery time: 24-48 hours
- International (Europe):
- Operators: UPS and UPS Express.
- International (rest of the world):
- Operators: UPS and UPS Express.
- Estimated delivery time: 48-96 hours.
5. Days of preparation and shipment:
- Orders are prepared and shipped Tuesday through Thursday.
6. Considerations on shipments outside the peninsular territory:
- International shipping rates cover shipping costs only.
- Duties and taxes are not included in the order price and are the responsibility of the recipient.
- Customs policies vary. It is recommended that you contact your local customs office for detailed information.
- Customs clearance procedures may cause additional delays.

- Nomad Coffee reserves the right to modify these policies as necessary.
QUESTIONS ABOUT SHIPMENTS
R. Once we receive your order we will proceed to roast, pack and ship your coffee in the following 24/48hrs, taking into account that we are not operative on Saturdays and Sundays .
R. Once we ship your order you will receive an email with the tracking number and all the necessary information to know at all times the status of your order.
R. Because if we ship on Friday it will be in circulation for 3 days and we prefer to have it at home, where we know how to take care of it so that it arrives in the best possible condition.
R. If you see that your order appears as "processing" but you have an email with your tracking number from the shipping company, don't worry, this means that your order has already been processed and will arrive within the usual delivery time.
