How to position the milk jug?


Don't know how to position the steam lance when you are emulsifying milk? In this video we explain it to you:

  1. Stretch the lancet toward you for maximum visibility.
  2. Position the lancet on the spout of the jar as a guide and raise the jar straight up, vertically.
  3. Tilt the lancet to one side.
  4. Opens the vaporizer in a single gesture and injects air.
  5. When the temperature is between 55°C - 60°C and turn off the vaporizer.
