The sensory workshop is a true exploration of the senses. You will learn to identify the different flavor and aroma notes, discover all about the processes and their differences in an interactive and communal environment. These workshops reinforce the appreciation for the complexity that each cup of coffee possesses.

In the espresso workshop we will teach you the variables to get the most out of your espresso machine. We will try different espresso profiles to know what flavors to get from each origin.

In the filter workshop you will learn about the most commonly used methods V60, aeropress and french press. We will evaluate their differences and what to consider when preparing them.

The latte art workshop will teach you all about the technique of a good emulsion and the realization of a heart and a tulip, learn how to make a latte art like a professional barista.
