Blackberry Cold brew

Ingredients:

Ice, 150g lemon verbena infusion, 7g honey, 5g lemon juice, 25g blackberry juice, 1 can of Splash

Preparation:

1. Crush and mash the blackberries to a puree.

2. Strain and refrigerate.

3. Infuse the lemon verbena in 150ml of water, set aside and cool.

4. In a bowl add ice, the lemon verbena infusion, honey, blackberry juice and the juice of half a lemon, mix well.

5. In a glass add the previous preparation and finish with a can of iced coffee.
