Michelada cold brew

Ingredients:

Salt and ground cayenne for the glass, 10ml maggi, 10ml soy sauce, 13ml lemon juice, 5ml hot sauce, 3 drops tabasco, 1 can iced coffee, sparkling water.

Preparation:

1. In a dish add salt and ground cayenne.

2. With the half lemon, moisten the contour of the glass.

3. Spread the cayenne and salt on the glass.

4. Add a couple of ice cubes to the glass and mix the maggi, soy sauce, lemon juice, hot sauce and tabasco.

5. Stir well and add a can of iced coffee.

6. Finish with a splash of sparkling water.
