The notes that you can find will vary depending on the package. Thus, you will be able to obtain both a chocolaty profile and a floral, fruity, sweet one… From a very balanced cup, to a very sweet and velvety coffee.
For each of our coffees we carry out a different roasting curve, but for that you have to test previously.
In this package you will find a mixture of our different test roasts, we could say that it is the original blend of Nomad coffees as well as having a little of each of those that finally did not end up on the menu.
As for the point of roasting, there can be anything, so it is ideal both for your day-to-day preparations and for playing with different extractions, whether for filter or espresso.
This is a product that we will not always have in stock so be alert! 😉
Remember that all our espresso roasted coffees can be prepared in your Moka Pot at home with the recipe that you will find in the NOMAD at Home section.
If you have an espresso machine, we recommend using 18 grams of coffee to extract 36 grams in a cup in 28 seconds.
We use a temperature of 93ºC and the help of 9 bars of pressure.
