The theoretical exam evaluates the knowledge of the intermediate course, while a practical exam evaluates the student's ability to identify the differences in intensity and extraction in the prepared coffee; to prepare coffees in different methods and to detect how to correct the recipe of a poorly prepared coffee through a filter method.
To take the theoretical exam + Certificate it is mandatory to have previously taken the INTERMEDIATE BARISTA course AND PASSED THE PRACTICAL EXAMS. The theoretical exam will be activated just after paying the price of the certificate. We will send you a link to your email so you can take the exam and you will have up to 2 weeks to do it.
