The theoretical exam assesses knowledge of the intermediate course, while a practical exam assesses the student's ability to identify differences in intensity and extraction in prepared coffee; prepare coffees using different methods; and detect how to correct the recipe for a poorly prepared coffee using a filter method.
To take the theory exam + Certificate, you must have previously completed the INTERMEDIATE BARISTA course AND PASSED THE PRACTICAL EXAMS. The theory exam will be activated immediately after you pay for the certificate. We will send you a link to your email address so you can take the exam, and you will have up to two weeks to do so.
