The written exam assesses knowledge of the professional course, while a practical exam assesses the student's ability to identify certain sensory defects, perform sampling processes to ensure consistency, create standards for a client, analyze samples, and make purchasing decisions.
To take the theory exam + Certificate, you must have previously completed the INTERMEDIATE AND PROFESSIONAL BARISTA course AND PASSED THE PRACTICAL EXAMS. The theory exam will be activated immediately after you pay for the certificate. We will send you a link to your email address so you can take the exam, and you will have up to 2 weeks to do so.
