The FLAT 2 is an evolution of the original SIBARIST FLAT conception, to provide a filter that does not allow any bypass by completely adhering its surface to the dripper walls, eliminating all possible air channels while offering a perfect and uniform space for coffee extraction (no ripples where coffee particles can get trapped).
This version 2 takes the SIBARIST bypass-free solution to the next level, providing a full 0% bypass, further increasing extraction uniformity and repeatability thanks to the new and unique design of the SIBARIST FLAT 2, based on a sealed flat base filter instead of a pleated one. In addition, its simple but unique sealed and patterned design enhances the user experience during service and is easy to use.
FAST technology enables the FLAT 2 to deliver fast and uniform extractions without the need for air channels.
