Aroma Peak
Aroma Peak is an internal protuberance inspired by wine decanters. When coffee is poured over this peak, aromatic compounds concentrate and rise to the surface, intensifying the olfactory perception before each sip.
Aeration Waves
Aeration Waves are specially designed ridges inside the decanter that modify the flow of the liquid. As the decanter rotates, micro-bubbles and a thin film of coffee are generated on the walls - this process aerates the beverage, enhances aromatic clarity, acidity and sweetness, and improves mouthfeel.
How to use it (fast)
- -Pour the coffee up to the optimum line (e.g. 330 ml in the 550 ml version).
- -Make a gentle 1-3 revolutions to activate the Aeration Waves.
- -Let the Aroma Peak concentrate the aromas and serve immediately.
