Our workshop includes an introduction to coffee tasting, techniques to evaluate and differentiate the different types of coffee, and a session led by a professional barista. All this to provide you with an educational and sensory coffee tasting experience .
You will learn to evaluate the appearance, aroma, and flavor of different varieties of coffee, identify their notes and nuances, and receive an introduction to cupping technique. You will also receive advice from a professional barista on how to taste and evaluate coffee like an expert.
We will teach you how to use your senses and a coffee cupping technique to appreciate and describe the sensory profiles of coffee. This will include how to smell, taste and enjoy the different notes and nuances that each coffee offers.
The professional barista will guide you through the steps of a perfect coffee cupping and provide you with expert knowledge about coffee, its origin and process, ensuring an educational and enriching session.
Content You will taste a wide variety of specialty coffees, different origins, processes and regions. Each one will provide a unique experience during the cupping and we will teach you how to appreciate their differences....
