Preparation
- Heat water to 96ºC.
- We fold the filter to make it fit better and put it in the V60.
- We wet the filter and thus preheat the vessel.
- We throw away the excess water.
- We put the 15 grams of coffee.
- With the help of a spoon we make a nest or crater in the middle so that the water penetrates more evenly.
- We make a pre-infusion of 50 grams of water for 30 seconds.
- With the spoon we stir the coffee making circles.
- Add the remaining 210 grams of water in one minute.
- We performed the technique called Spin Rao, which consists of making circles with the V60 container.
- We wait for all the coffee to filter.
- Serve.
