Road to perfection
  • The rubber must be white or transparent
  • Filtered or bottled water with a dry residue of less than 175 ppm.
  • There should always be water left over in the lower container when we have finished processing.
  • We put a little cold water inside the container where the coffee is filtered so that when it starts to rise the first drops do not burn with the high temperatures of the iron.
