Many baristas have found it difficult to prepare a perfect cortado, so here are some tips that will help you in this task.

The amount of milk is the key! Using a larger amount of milk will help you achieve a good texturization, but having so much milk will fill your cup very quickly, making the latteart more difficult, not to mention the amount of milk wasted. On the other hand, if you are looking to adjust the amount of milk to the maximum, this makes the texturization part, which is the most important part, more difficult. 


How can we correct it?


The idea is to seek the minimum amount of milk that we can always texturize correctly, in addition to not opening the steamer at maximum power when starting the texturization, also avoiding touching the bottom of the jug with the nozzle of the steamer.
