Since 2020, at NOMAD our Transparency Report with a clear goal: to share which coffees we buy, from whom, and how much we pay for them.
One way to be more critical about how we buy coffee is to lay the data out on the table. Sharing it publicly forces us to question our practices and improve year after year.
Starting in 2021, we achieved something significant: our menu became 100% transparent. For every coffee we roast, we provide accessible information about its origin, the price paid, and our relationship with the producer. Our growth, combined with a shift in mindset among many of the importers we work with, has made it possible for us to publish the FOB price of all the lots we purchase.
The 2025 report follows the same line of thinking. In it, you will find:
- The FOB price for each lot
- Price trends over time
- A breakdown of our costs
- The team behind NOMAD
- It also provides a clear overview of our total volume: how we’re growing, where our coffee comes from, and how it’s distributed by origin and processing method.
It has never been a marketing ploy. It is a tool to help us grow as a company within the coffee industry and to better understand the coffee we drink and share.
