In the third year of our Guest Roasters program, we welcome POMA, a Danish project that combines coffee research, cultivation, and roasting. Through trials in Denmark and collaborations with producers, they explore new ways of understanding coffee cultivation and production.
For two days, Rasmus and Jonas will share their work at Frutas Selectas: first, with a cupping session open to the public; then, with a takeover during which they will serve a selection of their coffees as espresso and pour-over.
