"Bona feina" means doing things right.
This collaboration brings together Nomad , Pa de Kilo, and Pallarès Solsona around a shared commitment to craftsmanship, characterized by care and precision. Made in Solsona using Pallarès’ traditional methods, this knife is specifically designed for slicing loaves of bread. The inscription "bona feina" draws inspiration from the traditional knives of Aragon, known as sabateta: small-sized knives carried on a belt or in a pocket for daily use, and which in some cases were also given as a token of commitment.

High-carbon stainless steel is an exceptionally hard material that ensures the blade stays sharp for a long time. We recommend washing it by hand with household detergent and drying it immediately. It may develop small rust spots if washed in a dishwasher or with professional detergents.
To preserve the edge, it is recommended to cut on a wooden cutting board and avoid plastic or steel surfaces.
