Pa de Kilo & Nomad Knife

This collaboration brings together Nomad , Pa de Kilo, and Pallarès Solsona around a shared commitment to craftsmanship, characterized by care and precision. Made in Solsona using Pallarès’s traditional methods, this knife is specifically designed for slicing loaves of bread. The inscription "bona feina" draws inspiration from the traditional knives of Aragon, known as sabateta: small-sized knives that were carried in a belt pouch or pocket for daily use, and which in some cases were also given as a token of commitment.
