EVO® by Cafetto keeps your espresso machine clean and makes sure it works properly. Its fast-dissolving, easy-to-rinse formula removes oils, residues and stains without interfering with the taste and aroma of your espresso.
It is made with biodegradable, odorless ingredients that are free of phosphates, chlorine and Non-GMO (genetically modified organisms). In addition, its non-corrosive formula protects the machine to keep it working at its best for longer.

Recommended method of use
1. Remove the coffee filter from the filter holder and replace it with a blind filter.
2. For daily cleaning, add 1 level scoop of EVO® into the filter holder and insert it as if you were going to prepare an espresso. If the machine is cleaned less frequently, use 2 level scoops.
3. Start the cycle and let it run for 10 seconds to dissolve the cleaner.
4. Stop the cycle and let stand for 10 seconds.
5. Start and stop the cycle 4 more times: run for 10 seconds and stop for 10 seconds.
6. Remove the filter holder and rinse it thoroughly under the water jet of the dispensing group. Turn off the machine.
7. Reinsert the filter holder with the blind filter, start and stop the cycle 10 times: let it run for 5 seconds and stop for 2 seconds for a complete rinse.
8. Remove the blind filter and insert the regular filter.
9. Remove and discard an espresso to recondition the machine.
