The improvement course takes place in our Roaster located at Carrer Marroc 160, 08019 Barcelona.
This course is specially designed for your team and can include up to a maximum of 4 participants.

Terms and Conditions
At The Coffee Academy we strive to offer a high quality learning experience to all our students. However, we reserve the right to reschedule the course date or refund the full course fee if the minimum attendance does not exceed 4 attendees. We are committed to your satisfaction and will do our best to accommodate your needs and ensure that you get the maximum benefit from your experience with us.
Cancellation and Timeliness Policy
When you purchase a course, your place is automatically reserved. This means that if you don't attend, you could be leaving out other interested people. Therefore, we apply the following policy:
- A 50% penalty will be applied if you cancel less than 15 days in advance or within 48 hours prior to the course. In that case, only 50% of the total amount will be refunded.
- No refunds will be made if the student does not attend the course or if the cancellation is communicated less than 48 hours in advance.
- Once the course date has been set, no changes can be made, except in cases of force majeure such as illness or accident.
- In situations justified by force majeure (illness, accident...), the student will be offered a place in the next edition of the course. This change can only be made once. If you do not attend the new date, the money will not be refunded.
Clarification: The cancellation policy does not apply due to illness or accidents. In such cases, the student may reschedule his/her participation as indicated above.
Punctuality
We ask that you arrive punctually to the course. We will allow a courtesy margin of 5 minutes before the start of the course. After 15 minutes from the start time, students will not be allowed to enter, out of respect for the rest of the participants and the correct development of the class.
