We will teach you how to generate espresso recipes from scratch. Controlling the temperature, grinding, pressure bars of the machine, type of coffee roasting and its quantities to achieve the perfect espresso that you are looking for. In addition, we will work on the correct emulsion of the milk and, depending on the level of the equipment, the different figures that allow us to make latte art.
