HOW TO PREPARE A PERFECT ITALIAN MOCHA?

You have an Italian mocha at home but you don't know how to get the most out of it. In this video we explain it to you.

The most important thing to achieve a perfect mocha is to use quality raw materials and take care of certain key details:

- The grinding should be fine, not coarse.

- The water should be preheated between 55 °C and 60 °C.

- It is recommended to place the moka over medium heat and remove it as soon as the coffee starts to come out.

An important tip: do not leave the coffee in the moka once it is ready, as the high temperature can alter its flavor and contribute bitter notes.
