WHAT IS ANAEROBIC FERMENTATION?

You have read on a coffee label the word anaerobic fermentation and you don't know what it is, in this video we explain it to you.

This is one of the coffee processes and its objective is to ferment the coffee but without the presence of oxygen in such fermentation.

Although it may seem curious, it is difficult to define the flavor that this process will contribute to the cup of coffee since each producer has its own way of carrying out an anaerobic process.

We could say that by processing in an anaerobic manner the fermentation is more controlled and in this way new and more complex flavors can be obtained in your coffee.
