HOW TO USE THE SCA TASTING SHEET?

This sheet was designed in 2004 in order to determine the score in a specialty coffee.


Se evalúan diferentes características como por ejemplo fragancia/aroma, sabor, cuerpo y acidez; siendo un total de 7 atributos, a los cuales se le asignan diferentes puntuaciones que  van variando de 0,25  en 0,25, siendo el 6 un café bueno y el 9 un café extraordinario. 


Possible defects are also evaluated and if these alter the uniformity, sweetness and cleanliness of the cup, in case of having them, the cups will be penalized and the score will be deducted.
